Games Like AutoForge

Imagine a game where you're a master builder and alchemist all rolled into one. In AutoForge you start with nothing and explore a vast 2D world collecting resources. You'll gather materials like wood stone and ore then use them to craft tools weapons and eventually intricate machines. The core loop is all about experimentation and creation. You discover new blueprints through exploration and crafting unlocking increasingly complex projects. It’s a relaxing yet engaging experience where you can lose yourself in the process of building your own little world. There’s a survival element too as you need to manage your resources and defend yourself from the occasional creature but the real joy comes from the sheer freedom to design and construct whatever your imagination can conjure. It’s a genuinely satisfying feeling to see a simple idea come to life through your crafting skills.
