Games Like Ataraxia (Exion)

Ataraxia Exion is a deeply unsettling strategy game that throws you into a cosmic horror scenario. You're not controlling armies or managing resources in the traditional sense. Instead you're navigating a strange and shifting world uncovering its secrets and trying to maintain some semblance of sanity. The game focuses on exploration and careful decision making as you face incomprehensible entities and unravel a disturbing narrative. It’s a solitary experience where the atmosphere and the gradual reveal of the truth are the main draws. Expect to feel a growing sense of dread and isolation as you piece together the mysteries of this alien realm. If you enjoy games that prioritize atmosphere and a slow burn narrative over frantic action, Ataraxia Exion might be right up your alley.
