Games Like Astronaut Prototype

Astronaut Prototype is a really interesting adventure game where you step into the boots of a space explorer. It’s a bit unusual because the game focuses heavily on the camera itself. You’re exploring a spacecraft and other locations, and your perspective is almost entirely dictated by what the camera can see. The gameplay revolves around investigating environments, solving simple puzzles often by finding and interacting with objects, and piecing together the story of what happened to the crew. It’s not about fast action or complex combat. Instead, it’s a thoughtful experience about discovery and atmosphere. The game encourages you to really look around and appreciate the details of the world, creating a sense of isolation and wonder. If you enjoy games that prioritize exploration and a strong sense of place over intense action, Astronaut Prototype offers a unique and memorable journey.
