Games Like Astroformer

Astroformer is a really unique platformer where you play as a tiny robot tasked with terraforming planets. It's all about careful planning and precise movement. You don't have a lot of direct control over your robot's actions instead you set up a series of actions to guide it across each level. You'll be dashing, jumping, and using your limited abilities to overcome obstacles and ultimately make a desolate world habitable. The game is cleverly designed so each level feels like a puzzle. It's surprisingly relaxing to figure out the optimal path and watch your little robot work its magic. The art style is simple yet effective, and the core loop of planning and execution is incredibly satisfying. If you enjoy games that challenge your mind and offer a sense of accomplishment, Astroformer is definitely worth checking out. It's a refreshing take on the platformer genre.
