AR Cubes is a really engaging action game perfect for picking up and playing on your phone. You control a cube navigating through levels filled with enemies. The core mechanic is shooting these enemies to clear a path. It sounds simple but the game adds layers with different cube types each having unique abilities. You unlock these as you progress which keeps things fresh. The visuals are clean and the gameplay loop is incredibly satisfying. It's the kind of game you can easily lose yourself in for a quick burst of fun or a longer session trying to beat a challenging level. The AR element is cleverly integrated adding a little something extra to the experience without feeling forced. It’s a solid little action title that’s easy to learn but offers surprising depth.
