Games Like Anxious Cycle

Anxious Cycle is a really interesting art game that presents itself as a gallery experience. You navigate through a series of interconnected rooms each representing a different facet of anxiety. There isn't a traditional plot or set of objectives. Instead it’s about exploring these visually striking and often unsettling environments. The gameplay involves moving through these spaces observing details and experiencing a palpable sense of unease. It's more about the atmosphere and the emotional resonance than complex mechanics. Think of it as a meditative journey into the feeling of being overwhelmed. The game uses visual metaphors and cyclical structures to explore the repetitive and looping nature of anxious thoughts. It’s a unique experience that prioritizes feeling over doing and offers a powerful exploration of mental states.
