Games Like Angst - Pre Alpha Testing

Angst Pre Alpha Testing is a fighting game currently in development for PC. It's really interesting because it seems to be focusing on a very deliberate and weighty combat system. From what's been shown, it doesn't appear to be about flashy combos but more about carefully timed actions and understanding your opponent. The visuals have a distinct and somewhat unsettling style which adds to the overall atmosphere. It feels like a game that rewards patience and thoughtful play rather than quick reflexes. If you enjoy fighting games that emphasize strategy and a more grounded feel over pure speed and spectacle, this could be something you'd find really engaging. It’s still early days so expect a lot of changes but the core ideas are definitely there and worth keeping an eye on.
