Games Like Amigdala (itch)

Amigdala is a first person adventure game set within a creepy hospital environment. You play as a photographer exploring the unsettling halls and rooms trying to uncover a dark mystery. The game leans heavily into atmosphere and psychological horror using a 3D perspective. There isn't much direct action focus instead you'll be finding clues, solving simple puzzles and trying to make sense of the strange occurrences around you. It's a game that aims to unsettle you more than scare you with jump scares focusing on building tension and a feeling of unease. If you enjoy games where you slowly piece together a narrative through exploration and environmental storytelling then Amigdala might be right up your alley. It’s a relatively short experience but one that sticks with you due to its unsettling vibe.
