Aligeon is a really fun 2D top down shooter that throws you into a constantly shifting dungeon. You're a little creature battling waves of enemies in a roguelite style so every run feels different. The game is fast paced and action packed with a cool retro aesthetic. You'll be collecting powerups and upgrading your abilities as you progress trying to survive as long as possible. It’s the kind of game you can jump into for a quick burst of excitement or sink a bit more time into trying to beat your high score. The simple controls make it easy to pick up but there's a surprising amount of depth to mastering the different weapons and enemy patterns. It’s a great choice if you enjoy challenging gameplay and a satisfying sense of progression even when you eventually get defeated.
