Games Like Alien Storm (itch)

Alien Storm is a fantastic remake of the classic space shooter Space Invaders. It retains that core addictive gameplay loop where you defend Earth from waves of descending aliens. However it’s been given a modern visual and audio overhaul while staying true to its retro roots. You’ll find yourself tapping or clicking to shoot and strategically maneuvering your ship to avoid enemy fire. The game offers a nostalgic trip for veterans of the original and a fun accessible experience for newcomers. It's simple to pick up but surprisingly challenging as the alien onslaught intensifies. The retro programming aspect adds a cool layer of appreciation for the game’s history. It’s a pure arcade experience that’s easy to get lost in.
