Games Like AFROMEDA

AFROMEDA is a really interesting little shooter that came out back in 2015 as part of a GameMaker jam. It’s a 2D game with a very distinct and often humorous style. You play as a character navigating through space battling various enemies. What makes it stand out is its quirky sense of humor and the fact that it feels like a prototype with a lot of creative ideas crammed into it. The gameplay is straightforward shooting but the unexpected events and silly enemy designs keep things engaging. It’s not a long game but it offers a fun and unique experience that’s worth checking out if you enjoy experimental indie titles and don't mind a bit of rough around the edges charm. It's a blast from the past showcasing the creativity possible with limited resources.
