Games Like AF-Khimera

AF-Khimera is a seriously cool 2D twin stick shooter that throws you into a gritty sci-fi world. You play as a powerful robot battling hordes of enemies with some awesome mech customization. The pixel art style is fantastic giving it a retro feel while still looking modern. It’s all about fast paced action and dodging attacks as you unleash a barrage of projectiles. What makes it stand out is the atmospheric soundtrack and the sense of being a lone warrior against overwhelming odds. The game isn't overly complicated so it's easy to pick up but there’s a surprising amount of depth in the combat and upgrades. If you enjoy games where you feel like a powerful force in a challenging environment this one is definitely worth checking out.
