Games Like Accelerate

Accelerate is a really interesting racing demo from 2018 that gives you a glimpse into a physics based car experience. It's not a full game but a prototype focusing on realistic car handling. You get to drive around and really feel the weight and momentum of the vehicles. The physics engine is the star here making every turn and drift feel unique. It's more about experimenting with the cars and seeing how they react to different surfaces and driving styles than following a specific race. It’s a great way to get a feel for what a more focused and realistic racing game could be like and it’s surprisingly engaging even in its demo form. If you enjoy tinkering with vehicle dynamics and appreciate a challenge in your driving, you should definitely check it out.
