Games Like A Tarot Reading

A Tarot Reading is a really unique little experience. It’s a 2D game built with Bitsy a retro style engine and using procedural generation so each playthrough feels a bit different. You step into the role of someone seeking guidance from a mysterious tarot reader. The game presents you with tarot card readings and you have to make choices based on those readings. It’s not about intense action or complex puzzles. Instead it's a calm and somewhat creepy exploration of fate and decision making. The art style is charmingly simple and the atmosphere is definitely unsettling in a way that’s more intriguing than scary. It’s the kind of game you can pick up and play for a quick moment or get lost in for a longer session as you try to unravel the secrets hidden within the cards. If you enjoy games that prioritize atmosphere and a sense of quiet mystery you might really enjoy this one.
