Games Like A Dangerous Errand

A Dangerous Errand is a really fun little 2D shoot 'em up game. It’s got a retro feel, like those classic arcade games but with a modern twist. You control a character on a mission to complete various errands, and you’ll be facing off against lots of enemies. The gameplay is fast paced and challenging requiring quick reflexes and strategic thinking to survive. It’s the kind of game you can pick up and play for a quick burst of action or sink a bit more time into trying to beat a tough level. The simple graphics are charming and the focus is purely on the shooting action. It's a great example of what can be achieved in a game jam, offering a polished and enjoyable experience despite its origins. If you enjoy classic shoot 'em ups with a modern sensibility and a focus on pure gameplay, this one is worth checking out.
